Cancellation Policy

Participation & Risk Acknowledgment By enrolling my dog with Pup Park Shuttle – North Raleigh, I voluntarily authorize my dog to participate in transportation, pickup and drop-off services, outdoor activities, group play, park visits, and other scheduled Pup Park Shuttle activities throughout the North Raleigh service area. I understand that transporting, handling, exercising, and socializing dogs involves inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, illness, escape, interactions with other animals, weather conditions, vehicle transportation, and unforeseen events. Behavior & Safety I confirm that I have disclosed any known behavioral, medical, aggression, anxiety, escape, or safety concerns involving my dog. I understand that Pup Park Shuttle may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if my dog displays behavior that could create a safety risk for staff, other dogs, members of the public, or the dog itself. Health & Vaccinations I confirm that my dog is in good health and current on required vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. Proof of vaccination may be required before participation in Pup Park Shuttle services. I agree to notify Pup Park Shuttle of any illness, injury, contagious condition, medication, or significant health change before my dog participates. Emergency Veterinary Care If an illness, injury, or emergency occurs while my dog is in the care of Pup Park Shuttle, I authorize Pup Park Shuttle to seek veterinary treatment from an appropriate veterinary or emergency animal care provider in the Raleigh area when reasonably necessary. Pup Park Shuttle will make reasonable efforts to contact me or my emergency contact before treatment whenever circumstances allow. I understand that I am financially responsible for veterinary treatment, medication, transportation, or other emergency expenses related to my dog. Release of Liability I acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks associated with my dog’s participation in Pup Park Shuttle services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Pup Park Shuttle, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising from my dog’s participation in scheduled services, including incidents occurring during transportation, pickup, drop-off, supervised play, walks, park activities, or other approved activities.
